I absolutely love these Emma Jane Booties in Washed Denim! The color is beautiful and unique—it’s the perfect soft denim blue that pairs well with jeans, dresses, and shorts. They were comfortable right out of the box and required very little break-in time. The craftsmanship is excellent, and I’ve received several compliments every time I’ve worn them. The fit was true to size, and they add just the right amount of western flair without being over the top. A stylish, versatile boot that’s become one of my favorites!
I ordered these in March and didn’t receive them until the end of May. The quality is extremely disappointing and not at all what I expected. They also didn’t come with a Cloud 9 tag as advertised—instead, they came with an “Are You Okay?” tag, and there was no special packaging, paperwork, or anything that made the product feel authentic or worth the wait. After waiting months for my order, I am very dissatisfied with both the quality and the overall experience.
