Rodeo season has come to an end and that's a wrap on the National Finals Rodeo! The NFR is "fashion week" for the western industry and we have pulled some of our favorite looks together to share with you. The NFR fashion this year did not disappoint. We loved seeing all our Blue Bottom babes show up and show out! While we wish we could highlight every fabulous outfit styled with Lanes.. Here is a little NFR fashion recap showcasing a few of our favorite looks.

Our favorite F Word:

FRINGE! Fringe is a key ingredient in curating a proper NFR look. It has been a staple in the western fashion industry forever and doesn't seem to ever be leaving but rather, appearing in new and fun ways. Lacey Shaw (@laceyshawofficial) turned it up a notch! Looking fabulous from head-to-toe a rhinestone cowboy hat and a full fringe and rhinstone jumpsuit, finished off with her Lexington bootie in ceramic crackle. Capes have been a hot topic for western fashion this year and our girl Aspen Fenstermaker (@aspenfenstermaker) did not disappoint with her black and gold rhinestone and fringe cape completed with metallic champagne boots looking classic yet set apart from the crowd.

Denim Darlin's:

Denim is a timeless staple in the fashion industry and is especially iconic in NFR fashion. Denim is often thought of when referring to jeans but these NFR fashion queens gave a different flare with their denim looks. Pictured above, Blaze Stewart (@blaze_s_22) can be seen rocking a high fashion denim cape top paired with her Skylight boots. Shaley Ham (@westdesperado) our NFR fashion OG, modeled a non-traditional denim baby-doll dress with large cuffed sleeves and her powder blue Reverie boots. From dresses to skirts to rompers, our blue bottom babes paired their denim pieces perfectly with their Lane Boots.

Runway to Rodeo:

NFR fashion week is full of stylish looks with a western twist. The bar was set high with their runway inspired style. Looks we can count on seeing on the runway is unconventional layering and unique fabric-texture combinations. Kierstin Williams (@simplykierstin) did an amazing job at capturing both of these by styling her Monicas in oiled saddle with an acid-wash denim jacket top and alayered tulle skirt setting her apart from the crowd. We love a dramatic sleeve moment! Sam Wooten (@retro.amiga) wore a satin blue dress with long dramatic bell-sleeves topped with a black leather vest and paired perfectly with her Squash Blossom boots. Shelly Barrera (@mil_besosss) looked timeless in her classic black off-the-shoulder dress accessorized elegantly with a fur jacket, cowboy hat and a Prada handbag finished off with her Calypso cowboy boots. All of our Lane ladies look ready to go from the runway to the rodeo.

Cowgirl Classics:

Who doesn't love a classic look? The NFR fashion this year featured a lot of classic pieces and corporate cowgirl inspired looks, which as you know, we LOVE here at Lane. The European equestrian style seemed to have had a heavy impacted on the fashion inspiration for this year. Our modest classic fashion queen, Marijka Hunsaker (@marijka_dam) always pulls together tasteful, elegant yet unique outfits that leave us speechless. She styled a classic horse print blazer, a sleek black dress pulled together by a classic double-buckle belt, her Emma Jane boots in saddle and of course topped with her cowboy hat. Corporate Cowgirl fashion is always a classic yet elevated style choice. Hannah Hogner (@hannahhognger) styled her Moincas in matte black with a short red pencil skirt, a graphic tee and a classic plaid blazer creating a timeless look.

Western Heals & Sex Appeal:

Is it hot in here? Looks like we spotted some Smokeshows.. When in Vegas, you have to bring a little "va-va-voom" but with western twist for the NFR. Sheer dresses have been HOT in the fashion world this year. Robin Bar (@rpbarrels) tastefully turned up the heat with her black rhinestone embellished sheer dress and her smoldering ruby Smokeshows. Alayna Vierra (@alyanavierra) looked stunning in her emerald green satin and fringe dress layered with a lace mesh top, western accessories and her matte black Smokeshow boots giving us everything we didn't know we needed.

The fashion at the NFR was top tier this year and we loved seeing you rock your blue bottoms for "western fashion week". Elevate your wardrobe now and explore the world with Lane under your feet. Visit LaneBoots.com for more on our latest collection.
