If I could give these 1000 stars I would. Comfortable, adorable, and I always get tons of love when I wear them. And tbh I have 3 pairs of these booties and they are the best.

These boots are beautiful bur had to return. They boots were not a match. The work on one boot was unfinished and should not have been sent out. The height difference of the boots was significantly noticeable. The lining was not stiched on one boot the zippr wasnt cut out. Just too many issues. Had to return. I was going to exchange but the price of the boots i want to be in person to try them on and make sure they fit. This return was due to defective boot however i still have to pay the restocking fee, which is unfair in my opinon. If i was returning because i changed my mind I can understand the restocking fee but when I HAVE to return due to defective boots restocking fee should be waived. I have other boots i have purchased from Lane website with no issues and love them.
I’m obsessed with my Cloud 9 Boots! While shipping took a little longer than expected, they were well worth it. I recommend sizing up—I’m usually an 8.5, but the 9 fits perfectly without being too snug. The heart charm and dark pink soles look amazing, and they are incredibly comfortable, even around the calves. Highly recommend!
