I saw these and fell in love. They are so beautiful. This is my second pair of Lane’s and both are amazing. These are comfortable out of the box-and with a few wears I’m sure I’ll only notice I have them on by the complements on how beautiful they are!

We went to the store at The Galleria. I did not realize it was the Grand Opening. My daughter wanted a pair of boots to wear to a party. She wears a small, and I was not sure which size at Lane would fit her. (I have bought multiple pairs online.) Erin was very helpful in finding a pair in a size that fit. She ended up in a kids' pair, and they were perfect. As a bonus, she got them branded with her initials. Great service, with a side of extra fun!!

Store was very busy, but the staff was super friendly.

I just wish you guys were more meticulous about quality control/ checking the factories handy work before shipping out the boots. Outside of that I love your boots and the different standout colors you provide. I have 26 pairs and love all of them minus 2 or 3 pairs because of the issues in manufacturing.

Lane is my favorite boot brand. They are actually comfortable and have something for everyone. Do you a favor and get you a pair.

Shopping with Lane is super easy and you can even text back and forth with them in order to find the perfect style and color.

Lots of great options - colors, heel height, calf width, etc. easy to check out, customer service is a little slow to respond but very nice.

Good products and easy returns

I prefer to buy them at the Galleria Mall store, but it’s been closed. To be honest, I love the feeling of trying them out and leave with them in hand, without having to wait to receive them.
