Access or Do Not Sell/Share Requests
For data access or do not sell/share requests, fill out this form and we'll send a confirmation email to the email address you provided. This may take up to 72 hours. Check your spam folder if you don't see it. You will have 72 hours to verify your email before your request expires. If you don't verify within the 72-hour window, you will have to submit another request.
We may reach out for clarification or additional information upon receipt of your do not sell/share or access request to ensure we properly complete your request. We will only provide detailed access reports upon successful verification of identity.

Data Deletion
Data deletion requests should be sent to customerservice@laneboots.com or calling 214-396-0492. If you are making a deletion request on behalf of another person, please state in the request that this request is for someone else. Proof of your authorization to act on the other person's behalf is required.
