I ordered these in March and didn’t receive them until the end of May. The quality is extremely disappointing and not at all what I expected. They also didn’t come with a Cloud 9 tag as advertised—instead, they came with an “Are You Okay?” tag, and there was no special packaging, paperwork, or anything that made the product feel authentic or worth the wait. After waiting months for my order, I am very dissatisfied with both the quality and the overall experience.
