LOVE THESE!!

Long story but relevant! I have A LOT of boots that I wear regularly & I also own a small wedding biz. I always recommend Lane boots to my brides, for many reasons & still do! I personally wear a size 10 in Lane boots & other brands. Ordered the Jolenes & LOVED the look, but returned them because they felt just a little tighter than normal in the toe area. Ended up returning the Jolenes & reordering a different style boot that I didn't have. I chose the PJ short boot b/c it was on sale for a great price. After receiving the short PJs in a "size 10," I was so sad to find that these were WAY TOO BIG! Like, almost a whole size too big. One of my friends also got these & they were also huge on her, too! I truly believe that the PJs are on FINAL sale because some are possibly mis-sized! When I emailed about returning the too large PJs, customer service basically replied "sorry, they're a FINAL sale item & they were not returnable for any reason & even recommended I sell them to someone or gifting them to someone. Unfortunately, just gifting a pair of nice boots, even at a good price, was not what I can do. I decided to call the cust-service number, left a detailed message like they ask you to do. 2 days later, THE NICEST gentleman called me, heard me out on what happened & he immediately credited me for the PJs & let me reorder the Jolenes & DEFINITELY made it all right!! The new Jolenes I received seemed to fit perfectly & I absolutely LOVE them!! Said all that to explain that I believe Lane is one of the few companies left out there with fantastic customer service! I will continue to buy their gorgeous boots & recommend them to everyone else!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I waited months for these to come back in stock in my size. The moment they did, I bought them. They arrived within 2 days and I haven't stopped loving them. Friends envy them - they are gorgeous and so comfortable. I love the rubber sole on the heel so it offers a bit of a cushion and isn't noisy on hardwood floors. I wear these every chance I get - holiday parties, work, just out and about. Very excited to add these to my boot rotation. These are my first pair of Lane's but will not be my last.

These boots are so gorgeous. I’ve been wearing them constantly since they arrived. I did have to wait several weeks but they were worth the wait!!

I love these boots so much! I always get compliments on them. They match everything because of the black and brown. And, of course, the teal sole is amazing! They fit great and are comfortable. They are high quality materials and workmanship. They shipped fast with no problems.
