SHIPPING METHODS

The standard shipping method we use arrives in 5-8 days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx; however, if you’d like to receive your order faster, you can select other shipping options at the time of purchase. 

Free shipping is available for orders of $200 or more placed within the contiguous 48 U.S. states.

SHIPPING TIMES

In stock orders currently ship within 1-2 business days. If you place your order in the evening, on a weekend, or holiday, we’ll typically send it out the next 1-2 business days. Backorder items display approximate (not guaranteed) dates on the product page.

Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at the time of purchase. Ground Shipping time depends on the order’s destination.

Note: This is an estimate only and not a guaranteed delivery time. If you’d like a guaranteed delivery time of one or two days (after we ship), select “Next Day Air” or “Second Day Air” as your shipping method. Second Day Air & Next Day Air Please note that these options don’t mean you’ll receive your order in two days. It will be one or two days after the order ships. Two-Day Express and Standard Overnight orders must be placed before 11 a.m. (CST) Monday through Thursday in order for your package to ship the same day-exceptions are weekends and holidays. If your expedited order is placed after 11 a.m. Monday through Thursday, it will be sent out the following business day.

We ship to the Continental USA and Canada.

Shipping Information for Lane Boots

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Lane Boots is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is noted as delivered but you haven’t received it, you’re responsible for contacting the shipping carrier with the tracking number to obtain more information or file a claim. Once the shipping carrier has confirmed the package was not delivered to your shipping address, we’ll then replace your item(s) or issue a refund.

RETURNS

In the event a Lane Boots’ online purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return most unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items purchased online must be returned to Lane Boots directly. Our retail partners will not accept returns purchased directly from our website and we do not accept returns of product purchased from retailers. Returns must be made within 30 days of the original shipment. Note: No returns or exchanges are permitted on final sale or clearance products. Also, gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds. Here are the steps to return your Lane Boots’ online purchase:

Visit our RETURNS PAGE to check your order eligibility. If for any reason our automated system states order ineligible for return, please contact us directly.

Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. Note: All products must be returned in unworn, new condition to ensure full credit.

Include a copy of the original emailed receipt in your return package if possible to ensure faster processing.

 

To receive credit, items must be returned within 30 days of original shipment. Expect your refund-in the same form of payment you originally used-within 30 days of when we receive the returned order. Any returned or refused packages are subject to a shipping charge.

OTHER INFORMATION
