The website is easy to use, and after they notice I was checking back day after day for a certain pair of boots they gave me a coupon! I already have a pair of Lane boots I got in store and the staff was incredibly kind so I am a forever customer from here on out!

Shopping experience was great, easy to exchange/return. Just very disappointed as the boots are way too narrow for a larger gal, please be more size inclusive as your boots are beautiful just make extra wide width for both calf and boot base. This will probably be my only pair of if I can even make them work with having them stretched, it would be a real shame if I have them and can’t even wear them comfortably.
