I got the cognac Plain Jane's and absolutely love them. They are taller than most of my other boots, but are sturdy, well made and comfortable. They take a little time to break them in, but thats the case with almost all western boots. The color is versatile and these will be one of my "go-to" boots for everyday. I love them! I just received my pair of Plain Jane’s. I have been shopping for a pair in this distressed color for months. They are exquisite. I own so many pairs of great boots.. these are my new fave. Soft, so comfortable right out of the box. Like putting in your favorite blue jeans, they felt like “home”!Quality Quality Quality ‼️‼️

The boots are gorgeous and comfy! Can’t give 5 stars because the left boot is really hard to get on, the heel was designed at an angle so it caves in when i try to put it on.

Beautiful boots and the foot size is true to size for me like all lane boots are but this is the first pair that the calf area was way too small. I have about 15 pairs so I was surprised. Just a heads up. I don’t have large calves, I would say athletic thin. So unfortunately I have to pay 10.00 to send them back.

These boots are BEAUTIFUL. The amazing quality makes them worth the price. They are also true to size, I usually wear a 7.5 but sometimes I have to go up to an 8 if something runs small, but I bought these in a 7.5 and they fit great. The material is nice and I love the worn look, and they are very comfortable compared to some other boots I own. If you are considering purchasing these boots you should go for it because they are worth it.

Boots came quickly and live up to the hype! Yummy leather with quiet rubber soles. The detailing of the stitching is beautiful, but I do worry how long it will hold up to use.

Bought them while visiting friends in Cody, Wyoming. They are so incredibly comfortable, I wear them everywhere. And I get compliments every time I wear them!

Love so much about these boot. Once you get them on they are comfy and cute, but the ankle is so narrow that they are very hard to get on. I did my tts 7 and once on it fit is great with even some room to spare. But getting these boots on and off is very difficult! I hope they break in. Also I ordered the midnight blue the color looks how it sounds, but is much darker than the photos on the website.

My first pair of Lane boots didn’t disappointment. Per other reviews, they run a bit big so I sized down. Normally a 7.5 and went with a 7. They are a bit tough to get on like most western boots but are breaking in nicely, and once on, they are super comfortable.

I was afraid at first these boots would be "too stylish" for me. Like I'd feel out of my style comfort zone wearing them. But after wearing them the first time and feeling the click of those sturdy heels and the overall comfort factor, I realized they weren't just in my comfort zone, they give me a swagger that I can't get enough of. Heck I even wore them to the driving range the other day!I ordered a 9 to start, which is what I usually wear, and they were way too big. I processed the exchange and got another pair of boots to my door in like 2 days, before I even sent the other pair back! Awesome service. Then I could compare the two and decided the 8.5 was right for me.They are tight to pull on and off at first but as I've worn them over the past month and a half they get easier to take on and off ever time. Only thing I'm bummed about is I love the shape of the boot and wanted to wear it under my boot cut jeans as well as with skinny jeans. But it just does not work. Not even with my flairs. The fabric bunches above the knee and looks really weird. Maybe someday I'll splurge on the shorty for under jean wear.

I love the look of my new boots! It was a process but I’m glad I stuck it out. I usually wear a 7.5 so when they arrived, I was surprised that I could not get my foot into the boot at all. The ankle was so tight I couldn’t get my foot past it. So I sent back and got an 8 instead. My foot fit through the ankle but the foot part was a little big. I loved the look so much that I took the chance that a Dr. Scholl’s insert would help, and thankfully it did! Besides giving a little more padding, it filled it just enough that the boot fits comfortably. The exchange process was super easy! Looking forward to my next pair of Lane’s already!

I love the boots. They are comfy, once I got them on. They definitely run small. Which their customer service was great at helping me with the exchange. I feel like the new pair of boots I got were not the same color as the original ones. I emailed in asking if they sent the correct color and they said yes. I know leather can vary in color. I just really loved the color of the first pair and not so much the second pair.

Absolutely love these boots! Bought them for a girls trip to Nashville and they look fantastic and super comfortable for long walks since the heel isn't high. I love how tall they are too but I will say they are not easy to put on/take off. I don't care, I LOVE them!
