Beautiful but damaged..twice!

Experience was great overall. First pair i received was damaged..big hole beside the boot pull. Unfortunately, I didnt notice it until i put them on my stretcher..which was past the return window. So I tried to have them repaired instead of returning them. The repair shop could do nothing because they said it was a manufacturers' defect. So i took a chance with Lane and contacted them. Customer service was great! After i sent pictures confirming the damage and pictures of the soles confirming they'd never been worn, (they still had the tags on them) they accepted my return and I ordered another identical pair. Was so excited to receive these..but when i looked them over, immediately saw that the stitching was coming apart at the boot pulls. Contacted Lane again..and they apologized and said i could return them again. I ultimately decided the stitching was minimal and decided to keep them..i have worn them once and it is holding so i hope it will be okay. So i'm a little disappointed in the quality of these boots because they're not cheap and I expect better. But i am very impressed with the customer service of this company. Very pleasant and easy to work with!

Beautiful Boots

This is my second pair of Lane boots and they are GORGEOUS!! Delivered the second day! My first pair I ordered an 8.5 which fit a bit too big but nothing too noticeable so i ordered these and 8 and they fit a tad tight. I’m keeping them and hoping they will loosen up some as I wear them. They are my favorite pair right now! I’m ready to order a black pair!!
