Good boot…

I originally bought a size 8 but exchanged them immediately for a size 7.5 that same day as the size 8 was just a bit too big. When I received the 7.5 pair it felt like they’ve been worn in a bit, the insole wasn’t as soft as the 8s, and the upper part of the heel where the foot part meets the shaft is digging into the top part of my ankles. Kind of sharply… I’m not sure if that requires a breaking in process or if it was just cut different. The 8 boots didn’t have that. Where it’s digging into the ankle isn’t tight at all, but I feel it when I step forward. I was really excited to receive the correct size as the size 8s were super gorgeous and packed nice and neatly. The size 7.5s while still a beautiful boot, weren’t as appealing to the eyes as it looked like it had been tried on a few times and shoved back in the box. Even the blue lane paper inserts were torn. I really do love the boot!!! But with the amount I’m spending on the boot, I’d like it to be a 100% satisfaction. This is my first time buying Lane boots. I’ve bought Tecovas and Ariats and they all have different fits… I tried to reach out to customer service 3 times after receiving my replacement and never got a response.

Incredibly beautiful boots but narrow calf even with laces. Not for thicker calves

I traded with black pair and I love it so much! The back ties gives me more room for my calves which I love. I love opening a box to the smell of leather! Thank you Lane!

Well. Its love. They are wonderful. I have an 18" calf. I loosen these up and they are prefect. The color is stunning.
