As the Director of Brands & Partnerships at Lane Boots, Lexi Hoagland has played a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s national presence. Lexi has worn several hats at Lane Boots, diving into a sales and marketing role. She has made her mark by securing major partnerships, including collaborations with The Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo and country music star Megan Moroney.

Beyond her work at Lane, Lexi is passionate about creating opportunities for women in the Western industry. She founded Cowgirls & Cocktails, a fast-growing business development and social network designed to connect and empower women through building a longer table and not a taller fence. She hosts monthly events with 60 to 100 people in attendance and has hosted an event during the NFR, bringing women together nationwide.
