She founded Cowgirls & Cocktails, a fast-growing business development and social network designed to connect and empower women through building a longer table and not a taller fence. She hosts monthly events with 60 to 100 people in attendance and has hosted an event during the NFR, bringing women together nationwide. Named to Cowgirl Magazine’s 30 Under 30, Lexi continues to break barriers, build community, and redefine what leadership looks like in the Western world.

Sissy Winn has swiftly ascended the ranks of professional barrel racing, bringing more attention to the sport with every win. She entered her first National Finals Rodeo (NFR) ranked 7th in the world and finished 13th, later climbing to 6th after an incredible 2023 season, where she placed in five out of ten NFR rounds, including two round wins.
