My purchase experience was great. I love when shipping and return shipping, if necessary, is free. I did make an exchange because my first order had one Lane emblem loose from the heel. I didn’t want it to fall off so I opted to exchange for another pair. The second order came within two days just like the first order. They are perfect. Go by the sizing suggestions. I wear an 8 in shoes but the boots suggested an 8 1/2 and that is what I ordered. The fit is perfect. I absolutely love my boots. The coloring is beautiful just like the pictures.

I placed order on Monday and boots arrived on Thursday - so super quick! And I was not disappointed - I am in love. Ordered the black cherry - my regular size 8. The fit perfectly, not snug at all and the leather smells delicious and is like butter! They are so soft and supple, and the black cherry is just as expected, deep wine with lighter red piping, ombre in just the right places - I can't wait to wear them! I am super pleased with Lane's customer service - how quickly they arrived and how high quality these boots are!

Nothing my boot stretcher won’t fix.

I didn’t have to break the boots in . I wore them all night very comfortable. Love them

Absolutely love these. I’ve gotten so many compliments. True to size and do not hurt as much when breaking in. This is my 3rd pair of Lane boots. Lane boots are one of a kind.

I had been eyeing the blush pink boots for a long time and finally broke down and bought them, and planned to wear them in my sister's wedding. Lane ended up shipping me a pair of obviously used, damaged boots. Like, scuffed up, minor staining, missing emblem, chipped sole...etc. I tried to exchange but they were all out. But Lane worked with me to come up with a solution and I ended up keeping the boots and I love them. They also sent me a new emblem to attach. They are comfortable and beautiful even with minor defects. They do run a little small, given the snip toe, and I wish they sold a 10.5 ( for example I wear a 9.5 in the mules). But I've been stretching them out and they fit great now. If they hadn't sent me a pair of used boots and if they offered half sizes past 10, I'd give them a five. Other than that, amazing boots.

I had to return these boots. I have an average size calf but they were far too narrow.

The boot came quick enough and were cute but we're much smaller than expected, so I did the easy enough exchange for half a size larger... The new boots came and were still quite small! So I went ahead to exchange them again and an exchange was not an offering only a refund. Oh well, just order at least a size larger than you have ever worn and you might be okay.

These boots look amazing, the color is beautiful and I got a ton of compliments, also they are very comfortable. However, i scuffed them the first day I wore them and its obvious. I emailed CS asking if they had any advice and got a generic response that was no help. I was able to fix them because i have some genius crafty people in my life, but one of the spots that was scuffed re-scuffed again despite my best efforts. So I'm pretty bummed about that. It may just be the color I purchased (dark red) but its probably something the company should look into.
