I love them! Waited a bit longer due to back order but customer service was very helpful! They do start out a bit tight, but as you wear them they get more true to size! The bottoms do rub off, but that’s to be expected. Overall I love them!!

I’m giving this a 4 because I don’t consider myself wide calf I have regular sized legs in every other boot but these are tight around the calves. It’s fine though - there’s places that offer free stretching but I didn’t want to ruin the boot at all. Other than that, these are so beautiful and I love them. Please keep making them. I’m considering collecting them for each album she does tbh
I know they'rehandmade and that's what makes them so special, u think the white on the boot could've been painted better.
Bought IMMEDIATELY. They are a bit snug since there’s no zipper but I ordered my regular size and it shouldn’t be a problem.
My daughter was so excited to receive these for her 20th birthday…she put them on immediately. The reason for the 4 stars is because the white paint on the leather chipped in 2 different places with in 4 hours of wearing them. 😢

So cute, but one of the boots was missing the cloud 9 cardboard insert and some of the paint on the bottom was messed up, almost like I got a return? Also, not wide calf friendly!
Love these boots took while to get them…….. i had to get 1/2 size up in this style since the heel is higher so I dont consider these true to size but they say they are true to size on the website I could hardly get my true size 9 off my feet and i have size 9 in the sweet memories boots but the smokeshow needed 1/2 size up the 9.5 is much better
