This classic snip toe silhouette is finished with Lane’s abstract cosmic starburst pattern and a retro-inspired toe stitch—iconic Smokeshow details that turn heads before you ever say a word. The Cloud 9 Smokeshow is our first Smokeshow without the side zipper, giving you that traditional cowgirl boot. And for the first time ever, you get to make her yours with heel pin customization.

Lane Boots fit true to size. We recommend that you purchase the size found most in your closet. Boots should fit snug to your foot. They should be neither too tight, nor too loose. Lane Boots are handcrafted with the finest leather, inside and out, and will mold to your foot. They do not take long to break in. The break-in period will vary depending on the type and thickness of the leather.

THE PERFECT FITTING BOOT

Lane Boots are bench-made and hand-lasted. We use an exclusive "last" (the foot model our boots are built around) to make sure they are comfortable, they fit great, and they look fabulous. We use an antibacterial, moisture-wicking, padded memory foam insole along with a flexible, leather covered insole and an impact absorbing heel cushion. The combination of these features contribute to the true-size fit and comfort of Lane Boots. We are confident you will want to wear them all day long.
  • The in-step of a boot is a key fit area. The in-step area should fit snug, not too loose, and not too tight on the foot.
  • It is normal for your foot to slip a little in the heel area when trying on a new boot. If the heel of your boot is too tight, the instep may also be too tight. A tight heel could indicate that the boot is too short. When the foot is positioned too close to the toe of the boot, the toes can be constrained in the boot.
  • The ball area of your foot should be positioned evenly with the widest part of the boot for the best fit.
  • Lane Boots are offered in a variety of boot shapes, toe shapes and heel shapes. The wider the toe area is, the more relaxed the toes will be. The higher the heel of the boot, the tighter the instep may be.

I love them! Waited a bit longer due to back order but customer service was very helpful! They do start out a bit tight, but as you wear them they get more true to size! The bottoms do rub off, but that’s to be expected. Overall I love them!!

I’m giving this a 4 because I don’t consider myself wide calf I have regular sized legs in every other boot but these are tight around the calves. It’s fine though - there’s places that offer free stretching but I didn’t want to ruin the boot at all. Other than that, these are so beautiful and I love them. Please keep making them. I’m considering collecting them for each album she does tbh

So cute, but one of the boots was missing the cloud 9 cardboard insert and some of the paint on the bottom was messed up, almost like I got a return? Also, not wide calf friendly!

Love these boots took while to get them…….. i had to get 1/2 size up in this style since the heel is higher so I dont consider these true to size but they say they are true to size on the website I could hardly get my true size 9 off my feet and i have size 9 in the sweet memories boots but the smokeshow needed 1/2 size up the 9.5 is much better

I ordered these boots a month ago, they are still not in :( and the concert is Sunday and I leave Saturday for it. I probably email once a week trying to get these faster and it looks like they’re not gonna make it for the concert so now I’m gonna have to buy some from Amazon to make it work just really disappointing and how long it takes for shipping. I didn’t think I was gonna need more than a month.. it sucks when you spend $300 plus and I can’t even wear them for the concert now
