Lane Boots fit true to size. We recommend that you purchase the size found most in your closet. Boots should fit snug to your foot. They should be neither too tight, nor too loose. Lane Boots are handcrafted with the finest leather, inside and out, and will mold to your foot. They do not take long to break in. The break-in period will vary depending on the type and thickness of the leather.

THE PERFECT FITTING BOOT

Lane Boots are bench-made and hand-lasted. We use an exclusive "last" (the foot model our boots are built around) to make sure they are comfortable, they fit great, and they look fabulous. We use an antibacterial, moisture-wicking, padded memory foam insole along with a flexible, leather covered insole and an impact absorbing heel cushion. The combination of these features contribute to the true-size fit and comfort of Lane Boots. We are confident you will want to wear them all day long.

The in-step of a boot is a key fit area. The in-step area should fit snug, not too loose, and not too tight on the foot.
It is normal for your foot to slip a little in the heel area when trying on a new boot. If the heel of your boot is too tight, the instep may also be too tight. A tight heel could indicate that the boot is too short. When the foot is positioned too close to the toe of the boot, the toes can be constrained in the boot.
The ball area of your foot should be positioned evenly with the widest part of the boot for the best fit.
Lane Boots are offered in a variety of boot shapes, toe shapes and heel shapes. The wider the toe area is, the more relaxed the toes will be. The higher the heel of the boot, the tighter the instep may be.

With six different heights to choose from, finding your perfect pair is easy — there’s a boot made for every woman and every style under the sun.

Customers praised these boots as "beautiful" and "extremely comfortable" with many loving the distinctive blue bottoms. However, several shoppers noted sizing inconsistencies, with some finding them too narrow in the calf while others reported perfect fit. A few experienced shipping errors receiving wrong sizes.

Fantastic! Beautiful high quality boots. I was concerned about sizing as I’m a 11-12 depending on the boots and 6’ tall. I ordered the 12 and it’s perfect. I can wear with boot socks or without. This is my first pair of Lane’s. My second will be here tomorrow.

I am extremely happy with my latest purchase of the Smokeshow Boots in all black! This boot fits perfectly in all the right places, making choosing to pair them with any given outfit a simple decision. Lane’s Western boots have this girl striding in confidence, comfort, & quality. It’s easy to say Lane has me hooked & wanting more!

Fast shipping and great service. Love the boots... they're almost all I wear anymore. Comfortable and stylish with any look... jeans, dresses, whatever!

I absolutely love my boots! I have slightly wide calves and thought they would be snug. Thankfully they fit perfectly with just a bit of room to breathe. I’ve gotten many compliments on my teal bottoms and I couldn’t be happier!

Absolutely Beautiful!! The blue bottoms against the all black boot make for a stunning look and I get several compliments every time I where them out. Extremely comfortable for all day wear. 10/10 would recommend!!

They're a little snuggle from calf..took them to get stretched a bit but still need to get them stretched more..shape is great though..a beautiful boot!!

Love them. Cute and comfortable

Love the boots but just too narrow

They are fabulous! I love that the shaft is smaller but they were just too tall they were at my knees :(

Beautiful

The comfiest, cutest boots ever

Boots came quick and upon first wear they were the most comfortable boots I’ve ever worn. I love the height of these boots as they are the standard height and not all the way up to the knees. I think these look the best! 100% will be buying more pairs

Another Gift purchase. These are beautiful boots.

Excellent! ...on time, and as described!

I love my boots. I get a lot of compliments when I wear. I told him where I bought him bought them online, but there is a store at the Galleria. You can go look.

Most comfortable boots ive ever wore. Tbis is my 2nd pair

Beautiful boots! However I have purchased three pair of the smokeshow and this particular pair seems to fit smaller than my other two! If I had known this I would have ordered a half size up! That’s why I’m giving them only 4 out of five stars.

The most beautiful pair of boots I’ve ever owned. Will definitely be purchasing from this brand again!! ❤️

My new favorite boots! I will definitely be buying another pair soon!!

Super annoyed that I had to pay $10 to send back boots that were the wrong style & size than I ordered.

Boots are amazing.i ordered a size 5.5 and received a 6.5. I really needed them for an upcoming George Straight concert. I'm so disappointed. Tried to exchange, but now they are out of size 5.5. Amazing boots but terrible shipping.

I love them!! Looking forward to wearing today!! Spectacular!!

Seriously my FAVORITE style of boot. They are very true to size, and have the perfect heel and shaft height! I have these in 3 colors now. Can’t beat em😍😍

Great service. Ordering online was easy and delivery was quick.
