honestly my worst experience with lane :( so sad...

so sad actually... was so excited to get another pair of lanes... I have over 10 lane boots...yet these came like some one had already worn them. not packaged like they typically are... a lot of worn parts and stitching coming off on the boots... I wrote the day I got them and no one contacted me back... never had an issue with Lane before...
