Review on boots

Overall it was good. I needed to place an exchange due to a sizing issue. I received the proper size and loved them! For a week. One of the studs fell out. Now I am trying to make a return but am not able to online. I will call for assistance when i return from my trip

Too small

I ordered a 10 1/2 which is what I usually always wear in Lane Boots. The right one was fantastic. The left one I could not get my foot in which is strange because my right foot is bigger than my left. Had a very easy time returning the 10 1/2 and exchanging for an 11 but the 11s are too big. I have now returned the 11s and I’m waiting on a different pair of 10 1/2 just to see if maybe the first pair were not made correctly, I love them so much I’m willing to go have zippers put in them so I can have them in my boot collection. Lanes are my favorite and they were super easy to work with in the exchange process or the return process. I’ll always keep trying them.

I love these boots, so I ordered more in a different color.

Perfect fit. Very comfortable I just love them! Love, love, love, love! The look better then the photos.

So comfy I bought a second pair!

I absolutely loved my teal Cossette that I had to buy them in a second color. They are super comfortable and extremely stylish. They are a must have for every girls wardrobe.
