Shipping policy

Most Orders for in-stock products placed by 2pm central standard time (12pm PST, 4pm EST) ship same day. Orders are delivered Mon-Fri.
Orders for in-stock products placed after 2pm CST will ship the next business day

Orders over $250 within the contiguous 48 states USA receive free ground shipping (3-5 business days) and free exchanges within 30 days. Boots must be exchanged in unworn condition, see return policy

Expedited shipping is available for some orders and rates will be shown in cart during checkout. Expedited shipping does not deliver on Saturday. The cutoff time for expedited shipping is 12PM CST.

Backorder products generally ship within 4-8 weeks - Due to the handmade nature of our products, backorder time is an estimate only. Please contact customer service for information about a specific style/size

International Orders - Please add product to cart and check shipping rates. There are no returns on International orders
