Lane Boots are handcrafted with the finest leather, inside and out, and will mold to your foot. They do not take long to break in. The break-in period will vary depending on the type and thickness of the leather.

Lane Boots are bench-made and hand-lasted. We use an exclusive "last" (the foot model our boots are built around) to make sure they are comfortable, they fit great, and they look fabulous. We use an antibacterial, moisture-wicking, padded memory foam insole along with a flexible, leather covered insole and an impact absorbing heel cushion. The combination of these features contribute to the true-size fit and comfort of Lane Boots. We are confident you will want to wear them all day long.

The in-step of a boot is a key fit area. The in-step area should fit snug, not too loose, and not too tight on the foot.
It is normal for your foot to slip a little in the heel area when trying on a new boot. If the heel of your boot is too tight, the instep may also be too tight. A tight heel could indicate that the boot is too short. When the foot is positioned too close to the toe of the boot, the toes can be constrained in the boot.
The ball area of your foot should be positioned evenly with the widest part of the boot for the best fit.
Lane Boots are offered in a variety of boot shapes, toe shapes and heel shapes. The wider the toe area is, the more relaxed the toes will be. The higher the heel of the boot, the tighter the instep may be.

Is my fifth pair of lane boots. They fit perfect. They're so comfortable when I'm playing in a band all night my feet never get sore. I bought these in the green and They look really nice with my pants tucked in or with a dress.. And I bet they look really cute with a pair of Daisy dukes.

Late to review these but regardless they are absolutely amazing. Comfortable from the start! I can wait to plan more outfits to wear with them!

My favorite pair of dress boots

Very very cute and a lot more confortable than I imagined. Been able to dress them up with casual and sexy dresses, shorts, and skirts. Skinny jeans also fit inside. I was skeptical of the instep but there was an extra zipper part on the foot. No issues fitting them. Buy them and don't think twice. Also I am a 2x and 36 jeans and they fit my calves perfectly fine. True to size 7.5 womens. Wish I could add a pic.

Couldn't buy for some reason on my app. Sent the emails b4 christmas still havent heard from any oneLost out on several boots that I wanted. I'm glad I got the cognac. And a short 2 tone pair which was not my 1st choice. They really need to fix communication. I also had to pay 3 extra county fees, i think, like 60 bucks. I'm not a happy camper. Will start looking for another boot maker..

I loved them but my calves are bigger since I lift weights and they just didn’t seem to feel very comfortable.. yes they have laces to loosen them but my legs just seem to be to short and stout.. but they are adorable

The color was beautiful but there were several imperfections on the boots. There were little black marks. Pulled threads in the stitching, one of the fringes was somehow attached to the soul of the boot and the blue bottom paint was a bit messy around the boots. Too many imperfections for the price of these boots. The only reason I’m giving them a 3 star is because of the color. I was so excited about these as they were my first pair of Lane Boots, unfortunately I was very disappointed.
