Hi I just bought my second pair of Lane Boots in June and worn them a few times. My first pair have been worn much more and holding up amazing. The black ones recently purchased have deep holes in the bottom worn to a few fairs. I was wanting to know if they could be sent back to be fixed or what could possibly be done about this situation. I have to leave 5 stars for my review to post, but I am sad because I did not receive the boots in jet black. I already own the distressed black pair, so I figured I would order these in jet black. However, when they came in (size 5.5), they were the same color that I already own. Definitely NOT jet black. I don't know if it was just this pair or if it has happened to anyone else. I sent them back and had to pay $10 for return shipping. Very disappointing. :(
I have so many pairs of Lane boots! And these black Lexingtons are as comfortable and cute as all the rest I have!! I get so many compliments even though they are a basic color. The simplicity of them makes them work with any outfit for any occasion! I lime dance 3-5 days a week for 3-6 hours at a time and my Lane boots keep me dancing and don’t hurt my feet! Then I turn around and pair them with a cute outfit for church or other dressier occasions! They’re cute either way!
