I ordered these and they came very quickly. However, brand new out of the package, One of the boots was completely scuffed where the red metallic was coming off. I put in a request for an exchange and it said that I would have to wait because they needed more information. I don’t want to return them. I literally just want them replaced. I’ve never worn them and they still have the tags on them. Just waiting on a response.
I absolutely love my new boots. They fit perfect and are so comfortable. The sales lady was so much fun and very sweet. They didn’t have the boots in store I wanted in my size. She orders them in my size and shipped them to my house. Great customer service.
These boots are amazing! I love the shade of red and the gradient stitching is over the top. A really classy red boot!
