Excellent customer service and the product is wonderful. Perfect fit and quality of the material is outstanding.
These mules are so amazing I had to order white and black. And now I may order some of the pastel colors too. I am a 6.5-7. I bought the 6.5 knowing most of the time I would wear them barefoot but have worn them with really thin black and white socks with boot cut jeans and they fit great. If it was a regular boot I would wear socks with, I would have went with a 7. The size is perfect!
The little band did come off one side where the strap goes in and I just used a little super glue and problem solved. Not that big of an issue, but Lane prob should think about this more since I see a lot of people with the same issue.
