Lane Boots are handcrafted with the finest leather, inside and out, and will mold to your foot. They do not take long to break in. The break-in period will vary depending on the type and thickness of the leather.

Lane Boots are bench-made and hand-lasted. We use an exclusive "last" (the foot model our boots are built around) to make sure they are comfortable, they fit great, and they look fabulous. We use an antibacterial, moisture-wicking, padded memory foam insole along with a flexible, leather covered insole and an impact absorbing heel cushion. The in-step of a boot is a key fit area. The in-step area should fit snug, not too loose, and not too tight on the foot.
It is normal for your foot to slip a little in the heel area when trying on a new boot. If the heel of your boot is too tight, the instep may also be too tight. A tight heel could indicate that the boot is too short. When the foot is positioned too close to the toe of the boot, the toes can be constrained in the boot.
The ball area of your foot should be positioned evenly with the widest part of the boot for the best fit.
Lane Boots are offered in a variety of boot shapes, toe shapes and heel shapes. The wider the toe area is, the more relaxed the toes will be. The higher the heel of the boot, the tighter the instep may be.

Lane boots literally always make my jaw drop and never disappoint! Incredibly comfortable, amazing quality, and go with any outfit! You’ll want several pairs of the Emma for sure!!!

Absolutely GORGEOUS!!! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because if you happen to be small boned like me with very narrow feet and small calves (lanky) my regular size 8 foot definitely needed to size down 1/2 a size. Customer service is outstanding! They immediately sent me a 7.5 that fit PERFECT at no charge as well as a prepaid FedEx label to return the size 8. So, they aren’t true to size if you are tiny. I wear a 7.5 in Frye’s 12R Square toe harness boots but a size 8 in all Frye’s round toe booties…for reference. You won’t regret ordering from them. The leather is BEAUTIFUL! They’re made in Mexico and are boots made for smaller calves. The burnt caramel is absolutely stunning!!! They ship faster than any company I’ve ever ordered from and they’re so comfortable. They’re located near Dallas, TX.

I was soooooo excited to get these today i made my son and husband watch me open them, and you could smell the LEATHER before i even opened the box! They fit so perfectly and I'm so happy with them! Especially the way they fit my small legs! They are perfection and i can't wait for Christmas because black cherry is next on my list!

I love them! Waited a bit longer due to back order but customer service was very helpful! They do start out a bit tight, but as you wear them they get more true to size! The bottoms do rub off, but that’s to be expected. Overall I love them!!
