Perfect for a trip to San Antonio!
I bought the Emma Jane for a special gathering of our Scottish Clans in San Antonio. I absolutely loved the fit and the look -- I received so many compliments. I wore the boots to every cocktail event, and even did some Texas line dancing in them!

Lovely boots; not good for big calves
These are lovely boots and I wanted them for my wedding. This was my first time buying Lane boots and ordering from the website. I ordered a 7.5, which I tried on, of a different Lane style, in-store. However, the Emma Janes are narrow and taller in the shaft than the ones I tried on. Lane’s customer service was responsive & answered my follow-on questions. Luckily a friend had a size 8 EJ that I could try. I exchanged the 7.5 EJs for 8.5. The shafts are a bit tight, but I’ve been stretching them with cups & bowls. Lane didn’t honor the discounted price when I made the exchange within the 30-day window (I used a website code when I made the original purchase) and I had to pay the difference. If I buy Lane boots in the future, I’ll buy in-store when available, to avoid size variations and exchanges.
